Shots from the Backcountry: Assateague Island National Seashore 🔗
In early February, 2015, I spent a weekend backcountry camping at Maryland's Assateague Island National Seashore. It was cold, and I had to hike for miles in the sand with a very heavy pack. I'm not complaining: it was awesome. I had miles of beach all to myself and camped under the stars and moonlight with the sounds of waves crashing nearby.Somehow I managed to shoot both the sunset and sunrise. I captured the following photos during my quick trek. All photos were shot with the Nikon D810.
